Our promise At Lullabubble, we’re here to help you build a cleaner, calmer feeding routine. We believe in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days so you can experience the benefits. If you’re not satisfied after day 14 and within 60 days of delivery, contact us at Support@Lullabubble.com and we’ll help.
Order changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours your order may already be processing and we may not be able to update or cancel it.
- Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.
60‑day money‑back guarantee
- Try Lullabubble for a minimum of 14 days.
- If you’re still not happy, you may request a return any time from day 14 through day 60.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
How to start a return
- Fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email Support@Lullabubble.com.
- Include your Order Number, or the name and email used at checkout, so we can locate your order quickly.
- We’ll reply with simple next steps and the correct return address.
Damaged items
- An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a product defect or arrives physically broken.
- Cosmetic or transit wear to outer packaging (dented box, scuffed carton) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.
- Report product damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Support@Lullabubble.com with a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll replace the item at no cost.
- We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and delivery
- We work hard to ship on time, but carrier delays, customs holds, weather, and other factors outside our control can occur.
- For in‑transit issues, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
- Lullabubble is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while in the carrier’s possession.
Incorrect shipping address
- Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you entered an incorrect address, notify us within 24 hours. After that window, we may be unable to intercept the shipment and a resend or refund may not be available.
Policy updates We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies. By purchasing and using Lullabubble products, you agree to this policy.
