Order processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Dispatch means your order has been handed to the carrier and is in transit.
  • During peak periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times These windows reflect carrier transit time after dispatch and vary by location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Notes

  • Carriers may experience delays and slower tracking updates during peaks/holidays.
  • International orders can be delayed by customs inspections.

Order changes and accurate addresses

  • Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout.
  • If you spot an error, email Support@Lullabble.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, but changes aren’t guaranteed after 24 hours as your order may already be processing.
  • If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel and refund the order.

Delayed delivery We work hard to ship quickly, but weather, carrier backlogs, customs, and other events can slow delivery. Lullabubble isn’t liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We’ll keep you updated and assist where we can.

Lost or stolen packages Once a package is with the carrier, it’s in their custody.

  1. Contact the carrier to open a trace/claim using your tracking number.
  2. Email Support@Lullabble.com with your order number and the carrier claim/reference. We’ll also follow up with the carrier. While losses fall outside our refund policy, we’ll do everything we can to assist and may offer a replacement depending on the situation and claim outcome. If theft is suspected, the carrier may require a police report.
